Triggered voice allows you to trigger a phone call to a recipient from many different methods, such as text to call, email to call, click to call and integrations into exiting legacy systems so you an have your own systems calling people.

Triggered voice allows for integration into other offerings from the TeleBlast platform, allowing us to deploy a tailored solution to your needs that may include services such as text to speech, voice recognition, IVR, payment servics and more. Services such as the following (and more) are possible: 

• Person sends a text message which triggers a call back to their phone, upon which the text to speech engine provides them with options which they can select with speech recognition, which then through connects their call to a live sales agent.
• A user fills in a form with their phone number on your website and submits the details. Your web site makes a triggered voice request to the TeleBlast platform which calls the person then through connects them with a live help desk agent.
• Your sales processing system detects a delay with order processing which automatically triggers a call to your customer who is informed of the pending delay and given the option to speak with a live consultant.
• Your credit card risk management system detects a "strange" transaction on a users credit card which then triggers an automatic call to a pre-configured (and validated) phone number for the user. The user is called by the TeleBlast platform and informed that a strange transaction has ocurred and are promtpted to accept / acknowledge the transaction or given the option to speak to a live operator. 

These are just some examples of how triggered voice can be used to help automate telephony tasks, reducing the time and cost to communicate with people.
